How Do I Apply for a Promotion/Upgrade?

Go to “In-site”/Organizations tab/under “Integrations”, click on the “Human Resources” tab, under Organizational-Marietta/Labor Relations, click on “Forms”

 

List everything with approximate quantity of time

 

Be sure to check the criteria to match with your resume

 

Include anything within Lockheed Martin, i.e., list certifications and any specialty training, including assisting others on the job

 

List DD214 (Discharge Papers) Military must agree with personnel

 

Fax or hand-deliver to Labor Relations.  Be sure get it signed in and keep a copy for your records

 

Must go to HR Voice to put in for upgrade request 1-866-371-1323

 

**You are only allowed one resume at a time to be in the system.  You can update your current resume or you can put in a new one with all the information**

 

DO NOT apply for hourly positions on LMPeople - that is for salaried positions
